Charles Nave is a sole practitioner who has been practicing law in the Elgin area since 1986. Originally from Central Illinois, he attended College at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois starting at age 16. After graduating with a bachelor of science in 1983, he attended Law School at Northern Illinois University where he graduated cum laude in 1986.
He has been an associate at McNamee and Mahoney in West Dundee as well as Self and Giampoli in Aurora. He later became a partner at McNamee and Mahoney until he started his own practice in Elgin in 1998. He has tried a wide range of cases from first degree murder to defective dogs.
Mr. Nave has always been known for his personal concern and ready availability to his clients.
